No, the AI-powered search does not access any of the data on your Planforge instance. It only accesses the information in our documentation. The AI-powered search is disabled by default. System users can enable it under System Settings > ADMINISTRATE > Settings > User Interface > AI-powered documentation search.

Only a web browser is required on client machines to access Planforge. Please see Chapter 1 of the installation manual for supported web browsers.
