If you’ve lost your username, please contact your Planforge administrator. For your first time logging into Planforge, you will either:
If your company uses LDAP/Active Directory, then your username and password are likely the same as for your other systems.
In the top-right corner of Planforge, click your username and then Preferences. Here you can set your password, language, various display options, etc.

If your company uses LDAP/Active Directory with Planforge, the password needs to be reset directly in LDAP/Active Directory. You will likely need to contact an administrator for this.
On Planforge Cloud:
If a valid e-mail address exists for your user in Planforge, you can click Forgot password? on the login screen to receive a password reset e-mail. Alternatively, please ask your Planforge administrator to reset your password. They can do so under System Settings > ADMINISTRATE > Users.
On Planforge Server:
Please ask your Planforge administrator to reset your password. They can do so under System Settings > ADMINISTRATE > Users.
