With the release of Planforge 24.4, these challenges become a thing of the past. The new Teams Connector Option enables seamless integration with Microsoft Planner, allowing real-time synchronisation of Planforge to-dos as tasks in Microsoft Planner, with bidirectional status updates. Team members can now stay informed and aligned in real-time, no matter which platform they’re using, maintaining accurate to-do tracking.
In Planforge 24.4, to-dos created in Planforge are seamlessly synchronised as tasks in Microsoft Planner, making them not only manageable within the Planner interface but also directly accessible, with to-dos that can be marked as checked in Outlook. This allows team members to manage their to-dos directly where they work most. When team members mark tasks as complete in Microsoft Planner, Planforge instantly reflects these updates, ensuring consistent and up-to-date progress tracking across systems.
With version 24.4, Planforge introduces the new Teams Connector option along with a range of enhancements that improve performance tracking, efficient planning, and project success. Highlights include:
• A new single project controlling view enables precise plan/actual comparisons for better schedule adherence monitoring.
• A "View Type" filter allows you to show the timeline in the WBS activity order.
• Absences in the utilization view are now always visible even when overlapping with assignments.
• New report fields enable querying total capacity and resource utilization for specific periods.
